Fidler Properties has officially rebranded to C&S Rentals LLC!

Same ownership, same service, same hustle — just a name that better reflects what we actually do: rentals, equipment, vehicles, jet skis, and more. Nothing is changing except the logo on the paperwork!

Appreciate everyone who’s supported the journey so far! Bigger things coming!

Today we have a Turo guest who is celebrating an anniversary here in Fairbanks Alaska. They asked if we could purchase a dozen roses in the vehicle as a surprise for the wifey. SAY LESS!

We also put some rose peddles in the visor, as an extra surprise for when she pulls it down for the mirror. Need a good wingman, and a nice car?! Call Fidler Properties!

If there was an option for a 6th star, I'd give it to Construction Machinery Equipment in Fairbanks off Peger! They are a total class act in the way of service and atmosphere every time I have dealt with them. I bought my Hitachi loader through them, and they're focus on getting your rig repaired and back in operation is incredible. My first repair I needed was a charging issue, Rich sent someone out to my property immediately and they repaired it in my driveway. The second time was a weld breaking on the loader arms. I thought for sure we were out of commission for at least a month. Nope. I think it might have been 4 days. They shipped a donor loader up from Anchorage and swapped the broken piece immediately. If that didn't work out, they had several back up plans to make sure I had a loader to work with while everything got sorted out. Every time I go in the store for parts or service, they also just make me feel right at home! If you're looking for heavy equipment, I HIGHLY recommend CMI! Rich is my sales guy over there and he is the man!
