Ouzel is floating the Hula Hula and Kongakut this summer in the Arctic National Wildlife Refuge. It's like nothing else you have experienced in Alaska. Best place to see wolves, caribou, musk-ox, and dall sheep. Last summer we even saw two polar bears.
