Reminiscing on Costa Rica today! Whitewater rafting, pack rafting, zip lining, jumping off waterfalls AND repelling down them, conquering the Tarzan swing, having every meal cooked for us, sangria in the evenings, comfy gorgeous accommodations in the jungle, toucans, frogs, flora that was out of this world, the list goes on. What an incredible trip. From being picked up at the airport on day one and dropped off on the last day, every single detail was handled for us and was seamless. Should we do it again next June?

(it’s worth the read, I promise)

As you maybe know, I’m leading a trip to Patagonia in Argentina this coming April! This will personally be the biggest trip I’ve been on so far, as it is really far away from home, a total bucket list item for so many travelers including myself, and has always seemed like an unattainable travel goal for some reason. But, it’s finally happening!

I can’t wait to lay my eyes on this place for real, dip my fingers into this water, and feel this air on my skin as I’m surrounded by women who cherish far away places and exploration like I do.

Speaking of those women…

Every single guest that has signed up for this trip so far is a repeat traveler with The Girls Trip Adventure Co. and I met them because they took a chance on me, and trusted me to curate a travel opportunity for them. Some have now traveled with me multiple times, even to other countries, and will be meeting up in Argentina with other women they have met on these trips. This, to me, is so wild, and honestly, it speaks volumes to the importance of female friendship and making spaces for women to bond and show up for one another through travel and adventure. But these women were all once strangers to me, they were all once strangers to one another (some still are, and will be meeting each other for this first time in Argentina), but adventure travel and an eagerness to explore has brought us together in so many beautiful places.

So with that, I welcome you, whether an old friend, a new friend, a stranger who has been saying “someday” for far too long now, to join us in Argentina to explore the dreamscape that is Patagonia.

We’re back from another stellar trip to Alaska for our Snow + Yoga retreat! I swear this trip keeps getting better and better each year, and that’s easy to do in a place as beautiful and fun as southeast Alaska. Not pictured from this year is all of the amazing food cooked by our in-home chef, Lina, our twice-daily yoga led by local Andie Heim, and a relaxing phone-free day at the Alyeska Nordic Spa. The rest of the photos speak for themselves: three days of skiing Alyeska Resort, dog sledding with Snowhook Adventure Guides of Alaska, snowmobiling in the Chugach range with Glacier City Snowmobile Tours, so much laughter-filled girl time, and a surprise northern lights viewing on our last night together!

Thank you to each of you who joined in on the trip this year, and I hope to travel with all of you again 💛

Heyo! We had 2 spots open up on our annual Alaska Ski, Snowboard, + Yoga retreat March 15-22. ❄️ This is truly an amazing trip and has had nothing but positive reviews from past guests. Hopefully this post finds someone who’s meant to be on this trip.

This trip includes 3 full days of skiing/riding at Alyeska (IKON), dog sledding, snowmobiling to a glacier, a day at the Nordic spa with cold plunges and hot tubs in the forest, yoga twice per day, and home cooked healthy meals for breakfast, midday munchies, and dinner each day (can accommodate any food allergy).

Accommodations are in a large ski chalet with views of the slopes, just a half mile from the mountain. 1 space available (or 2 if you bring a friend!) is in a queen bed in your own bedroom, and another space is in a twin bed in a bedroom with 4 other twin beds.

Pricing is all inclusive (except your flight to Anchorage), but we pick you up from the airport the first day, drop you off on the last day, and handle literally everything else in between 👍🏼

✨Headed to Costa Rica✨

Pretty stoked to share that we are headed out on our first international trip! I’ve been asked plenty of times, so figured we’d better make it happen finally. This adventure comes with 2 options: The Costa Rica Classic or the El Camino.

Classic: June 7th-12th, 2025
El Camino: June 13th-26th, 2025

The Costa Rica Classic is for those who have a little bit of time to pack in a whole lot of adventure. The itinerary includes whitewater rafting the Pacuare River, canyoning and jumping off of waterfalls, swinging on the Tarzan swing 70ft off the ground, and of course ziplining through the jungle.

The El Camino is for those who have a little more time and a lot of love for hiking. Trek across Costa Rica from coast to coast tackling 170 miles of hiking trails while experiencing a variety of lodging at the end of each day. This is not backpacking, but rather day hiking from lodge to lodge, so only hiking experience is required. This trip also includes a day of whitewater rafting!
