Hotel Riu Palace Phuket is now open, marking RIU’s first-ever hotel in Thailand! The new 5-star resort sits directly on Mai Khao Beach in Phuket, next to Sirinat National Park, and features 504 rooms with 24-hour all-inclusive service.

📸🧀 EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival is officially here, and we completed Emile’s Fromage Montage on opening day!

Starting August 27, guests can take on Emile’s Fromage Montage by purchasing five qualifying cheese dishes from locations throughout EPCOT and collecting a stamp for each one in their Festival Passport. Once you collect five stamps, bring your passport to Shimmering Sips to receive your Festival treat!

We took on the challenge on opening day and tried the qualifying dishes available throughout the park with one exception! The Pumpkin-Mascarpone Ravioli at Forest & Field wasn’t on our list, but we still collected the five stamps needed and grabbed the Festival treat at the end.

Some of the opening-day options include Schinkennudeln in Germany, Basque Cheesecake in Spain, Griddled Cheese in Greece, Pão de Queijo in Brazil and Pineapple Cheesecake in Hawai‘i. More qualifying dishes will join the Fromage Montage as additional festival locations open throughout the season.

The best part? You don’t have to complete the challenge in one day. Keep your stamped Festival Passport and complete Emile’s Fromage Montage anytime during the festival, which runs through November 21, 2026.
