Prince Charming Regal Carrousel in the Magic Kingdom was originally built in 1917. Walt and his team had it refurbished to be included as one of the original rides in Walt Disney World. There have been restorations and minor upgrades, but 90 of its hard-carved wooden horses are originals!

Hollywood Studios has had many changes throughout the years! So much so, that none of the original opening-day attractions exist anymore.

The Great Movie Ride was the longest-running opening-day attraction, and many were upset when it closed its doors for good in 2017.

While they weren't opening day attractions, Star Tours and Muppet Vision: 3D both opened the same year as the park, and both are still around to enjoy- for now.

Many flags line the tops of the buildings along Main Street USA in the Magic Kingdom, but did you know that none of those are *real* American Flags?

They are props that have fewer stars and less stripes on them! This is to avoid needing to follow the flag code.

A real authentic flag is flown on the central flag pole in Town Square, and there is a Flag Retreat ceremony daily at 5pm.
