If Fripp Island is your destination, then this is the house you will want to stay at. It is conveniently located a short stroll from the ocean and beach club, and is seconds away from the Marsh. It can easily accommodate large groups of people with spacious living areas. The house is newly renovated, and the kitchen is state of the art. At the end of the day, you can even relax in the sauna located in the back ensuite! The bottom of the house is undergoing a transformation and includes a garage. There is a shower to wash off the sand before going into the main part of the house. We include 4 amenity passes to use the facilities on Fripp. Everyone over the age of 13 must have an amenity pass to use the amenities (pools, restaurants, etc.). Additional passes are available for an additional fee and must be paid for prior to your arrival. Summer rentals are from Saturday to Saturday only. A four seated Golf cart is included with rental.
