Hi friends! Happy Thursday! 🙃
I wanted to pop on with a quick refresher about what I do as a travel advisor and how I help take the stress out of planning your trips.
One of the biggest things people are surprised to learn is that working with me doesn’t cost you anything extra. I’m paid by the resorts, hotels, and cruise lines after you travel, so you get all the planning support without added fees.
While you can absolutely book everything yourself, having someone in your corner can make a big difference. I help design your trip to fit exactly what you’re looking for, check in before you leave, and stay available while you’re away. If something unexpected comes up—like delays or issues at your resort—you’re not stuck handling it alone. I’ve got you.
Another thing to keep in mind is that all the research, recommendations, and time I put into your trip is tied to booking it for you. That’s how I’m compensated, so if you ever see a different price or option, just send it my way—I’m always happy to take a look and explain the differences.
If you’ve already booked something, most of the time you’ll need to work directly with the company you used, though in some cases reservations can be transferred depending on the supplier.
As for flights, I usually include those as part of a full vacation package. If you’re just needing airfare, I can still help, but there may be a small service fee since airlines typically don’t pay commission.
At the end of the day, pricing is often the same as booking online—but the experience is completely different. When you book with me, you’re getting guidance, support, and someone making sure every detail goes as smoothly as possible from start to finish.
If you ever have questions or are ready to start planning, I’m always here and would love to help ✈️🌴
