It's about time I posted a few client photos from some recent sessions. I'm still booking sessions on STX on a limited basis (I can do about 4 a month). Message me for rates and booking. Because of my frequent travel, I typically don't book sessions more than a month in advance.

Starting this month, I'm also going to be offering one free session each month (that I'm here) to a St. Croix family/individual that might not otherwise be able to afford professional photos. Nominate yourself or another deserving family you know by sending me a private message. No questions will be asked about income, etc. We're just going on the honor system here. I really treasure the memories that I've captured for myself, and I think my clients would say the same. I'd love to make that more accessible to other families.

And Georgia, I'll be coming your way later this year! Message me to get on the list when I announce dates. I'm up for other locations if there's enough interest - comment below to let me know!

Hey Georgia clients! I'm making a long awaited trip to see you! I'll be offering a limited number of sessions on October 22, 23 and 24 in the Athens area. Send me a message or comment ASAP to book your spot! Session fee is $300 and includes an hour-long session with 30+ images to download, print, and share on social media. Cards and prints will be available for purchase also. A deposit of $150 is required to hold your spot.

I took these photos for this wonderful family just before they left St. Croix to move to...Georgia! Can't wait to reunite with old friends and clients, and I welcome new clients as well! I'll throw in extra goodies for anyone who refers a friend to book a session!

I realized I hadn't posted photos from my Georgia sessions in October yet! Despite it being maybe the fastest trip ever, and in the times of Covid, I loved getting to see some of my favorite people. If you're in Georgia and you're interested in a session next time I'm there (maybe spring 2021?), message me so I can keep you updated on travel dates!

I'm offering one more day of homeschool photos since a few people missed out on the first round and I've had a few requests for more. These are open to anyone who is homeschooling or schooling from home (anybody who is missing out on traditional school photos). The session is free and you pay for prints and/or digital files.

These aren't traditional school photos, they are minimally posed homeschool photos. So wear what you want, bring something fun if you want, pets and parents are welcome (and encouraged!) to join the photos. The sessions will be December 4 at Fort Christiansvaern.

Please comment below and let me know what time you'd like to sign up for and your email address. One time slot per family, but if you have 4 or more children, please sign up for two back-to-back time slots. I'll confirm by commenting/messaging you, and I'll add more times to accommodate as many as possible if needed.

Please arrive and be ready for your photos at least 5 minutes prior to your scheduled time. Late arrival may mean that you have to wait a long time for your pictures to be taken.

These are the last of the homeschool photos, BUT...

I'm thinking about offering one more early December homeschool photo date for those who couldn't make it last time (I've had a few requests). Anyone who is homeschooling (or schooling from home) is welcome, and I encourage families to get in the photos! Message me or comment below if you'd be interested!

For the past couple years I've offered homeschool photos with no session fee - just pay for digital files and/or prints. I just love the idea of families having access to photos that they might not get if kids aren't in school.

I read this mom's blog before I ever moved to St. Croix...before their kids were even school aged...not that it makes me feel old or anything. So happy to see both parents came for homeschool photos!

This year I encouraged parents to get in the photos, too. Don't wait until you're skinnier, more rested, or have a haircut to get in the photo with your kids! You're never as beautiful as you are when you show your kids love!

My favorite thing about offering homeschool photos is that I can encourage families to let the kids show off their personalities. No need for stuffy, posed school photos. This kid's got personality for days!
