We carefully select rich dark and milk chocolate, mammoth pecan halves, and use top quality pure creamy butter to ensure an excellent confection! My mom has passed on her love for cooking to me and my four older brothers. Some of the fondest memories I have growing up were during the holidays with my mom making candy in the kitchen. Faithfully, she would prepare her almond toffee, peanut brittle,
and bourbon balls, batch upon batch filling up tin after tin. She would then gather us kids together and send us out to deliver the candies to the neighbors.
