Two veteran actors are bringing decades of Hollywood and stage experience home to Peachtree City. Jeffrey Pierce and Phillip Rhys Chaudhary - friends since a mid-'90s L.A. acting class, with credits spanning "The Last of Us," "24," film, and Shakespearean theater - have launched the Peachtree City Actor's Workshop, offering small-group classes for adults and young actors at Launch Fayette. Their larger vision: a professional, year-round theater company in the heart of Peachtree City, connected to local schools and community. 🎭

🌱 "Little Shop of Horrors" opens tonight at Southside Theatre Guild in Fairburn! This sci-fi horror-comedy follows Seymour, a flower shop employee whose mysterious new plant brings him fame and fortune - along with a rather alarming appetite. With a doo-wop and Motown-inspired score by Alan Menken and Howard Ashman, it's campy, outrageous, and full of heart. Performances run Thursdays through Sundays, July 23 through Aug. 2.
