As the new school year begins, join the Carlos Museum for a FREE Educator Open House that explores the galleries and upcoming special exhibitions. This event is tomorrow, July 26th, from 11 a.m.-2 p.m. 🗓️
Speak with museum educators to learn more about educational opportunities at the Carlos, including tours and professional learning days, and get hands-on by participating in classroom-friendly activities that connect with the museum’s collections. 🏛️
Visitors can also speak with object and art conservators from the Parsons Conservation Laboratory and visit the lab on a behind-the-scenes tour to learn more about their work.
Condensed guided tours exploring themes offered for K-12 students will be available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Guided tour themes are: Conservation Lab, Animals in Art, AP Art History, Science of Art Conservation, and Water: Source of Civilization.
