The Jetsetter, inspired by three places you have to visit in 2027. Thanks so much for having me! Happy Friday and cheers.

It's a new chapter for Twelve12 Travel and I'm excited to share my refreshed branding which better reflects what my travel planning has always been about - warmth, grace and beauty.

The swan is taken from a cherished memory of my Oma's powder room at 1212 Suffolk Drive (the reason my company is named Twelve12) and is emblematic of my approach to hospitality - effortless on the surface, even when the work underneath is anything but.

The colors and fonts signify the earth, organic matter and sensory elements that bring to mind something hand-chosen, sun-warmed and very personal.

This is the way I want your travel to feel when you partner with me to plan your next getaway.

My first-ever guest appearance on a podcast is live today and I have to say it's a pretty fun listen. If you have an hour in the car, while you're exercising or just laying on the couch, here's the link. https://podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/reinvention-relationships-and-the-art-of-luxury/id1697031963?i=1000778692067

The Icons of Summer. These hotels have been on the world’s best lists since I worked in one of the top hotels in the world in the 90s and there’s a reason they book up months or a year in advance for their summer season and the same guests return year after year. I’ll let you in on a little secret though - they’re even better after the crowds go home! ☀️🍉

Also known as the American Riviera, Santa Barbara and its sister towns Carp, Summerland, Montecito, Goleta and the Santa Ynez Valley are an amazing vacation spot for family vacations, couples trips, girlfriend getaways and romance. Truly so much to do for every kind of traveler and every kind of lifestyle…and much closer than the French Riviera. DM me for my guide to the region.

If you dream about the movie Out of Africa like I do, this seven day Kenya itinerary was made just for you. Sheer perfection. From hot air balloon rides over the Mara to feeding baby elephants, how can it get any better?

South Africa has it all. Direct flights to and from the US, the Big Five plus penguins, a world class food scene, fabulous hotels and luxury lodges and camps and the winelands. It’s a great place to start your safari addiction.

Safari isn’t just a bucket list item to check off. It’s the starting point of an entire new continent to discover and can actually be affordable when you consider what’s included, take advantage of special milestone offers and plan your trip to see specific wildlife and scenery.

I think my Africa safari immersion did nothing but create an even bigger monster in me that must go explore every nook and cranny of an enormous continent. A few places out of hundreds stood out to me and these are those standouts. An elephant rescue/safari camp combo, a private island for ocean safari, a lakeside lodge where you can trek for chimps, a woman-owned retreat you can reach by train, and a brand new, high design yet easy access lodge at the gateway to the Serengeti. Jambo and let’s get at it!!
