Effective Monday, May 12, 2025, travelers entering Ecuador from Colombia, Peru, Bolivia, or Brazil—whether by air, land, or sea—must present an International Certificate of Yellow Fever Vaccination. The vaccine must have been administered at least 10 days prior to arrival.

Exemptions to this requirement now include:

a) Travelers aged 60 years or older, are exempt from presenting the vaccination certificate when entering with a valid passport.

b) In the case of individuals with medical conditions that prevent them from receiving the vaccine. These travelers must present a signed medical certificate from a licensed physician clearly stating the health reason for exemption.

We strongly recommend that all travelers check with their local health authorities and ensure compliance with entry requirements well in advance of travel.

On my must see list. Have you been?

Mont Saint-Michel, situated on the Normandy coast, is a striking blend of architecture and history. Dating back to the 8th century, this fortified island is more than just a religious site—it's a living medieval town. Accessible by a causeway that disappears during high tide, the abbey perched atop the rock formation offers awe-inspiring views of the English Channel. Below, the winding streets reveal the remnants of a bygone era, where monks once roamed. Contemplating this unique intersection of nature and human construction sparks curiosity about the island's past as both a pilgrimage destination and a military stronghold.

Is Italy on your mind? Looking for another jewel to discover? How about Sermoneta? It’s famous for its well-preserved historical architecture, making it one of the most beautiful villages in Italy. is a hill town in the province of Latina, central Italy. It is a walled hill town, with a 13th-century Romanesque church, the Collegiate Church of Santa Maria Assunta and a massive castle, built by the Annibaldi family then purchased and expanded by Caetani family in the 13th century. Quaint and charming. It’s known worldwide for Ninfa — dubbed “most romantic garden in the world”.

The Ninfa garden is as enchanting as it gets: nature’s cadence creates the perfect harmony of plants and flowers of every shape, size, and color. In order to avoid any type of contamination to the ecosystem, the garden is only open a few weekends per year, so make sure to plan ahead. With its 1300 species of plants, it’s an absolute marvel.
Intrigued? Let me help you get there!

Here’s David! Waiting for you to admire him in person! When would you like to go?

On September, 1504 The 17-foot-tall, 12,000-pound marble masterpiece by Michelangelo Buonarroti, was unveiled to the public in Florence. “David” was carved from a single block of white Italian Carrara marble that was rejected by other artists for being flawed.

A committee of artists decided on the statue’s location, outside Florence’s town hall. It reportedly took 40 men 4 days to move the massive statue half a mile from Michelangelo’s studio to the piazza. In 1873, after almost 400 years, “David” was moved indoors to the Gallery of the Academy of Florence.
