Just wanted to update everyone that Gift from the Sea was spared from hurricane Michael ! We are so very grateful . There was only minor damage outside the home . Our boardwalk even survived . We lost about a half of the dune , but gained beach . Landscaping around pool and front yard even stayed intact . Quite a miracle .
We did build to current hurricane standards , but with that being said , you never know if is was done right, unless tested . We want to thank Big Fish Construction for obviously building our home so well and correctly .

When we went in for the first time after the hurricane , we even had a/c and direct tv !! The dish was still intact !
