That one time I stood in front of the Millennium Falcon with my favorite Disney beverage—the Black Caf Cold Brew from Batuu—basically alone. 🤩☕️✨

Disney Jollywood Nights was such an incredible experience, and the 20-minute wait for Rise of the Resistance definitely played a part in that! 😂

Last November, we celebrated our anniversary at Disney—sans kiddo—and now I’m craving another adults-only getaway! 🥂✨

🏨 Where we stayed: Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort
🍽️ Where we ate: RÍX—twice because it was that good—and Toledo
🍸 Where we relaxed: Dahlia Lounge
🎄 What we did: Slept in, ate incredible food and stayed out late at Disney Jollywood Nights!

Disney isn’t just for kids. We slowed down, enjoyed amazing meals and had the most magical weekend together. Now…when can we do it again? 😂🏰❤️

RÍX Sports Bar & Grill at Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort was SO good—we ate there twice during our weekend getaway! 😍

It’s such a great option for breakfast, lunch or dinner, with a diverse menu that has something for everyone. I loved the Chicken-Stuffed Mickey Waffles with my coffee, Robert loved the Steak Frites, and I even stopped by later for a Churro Iced Coffee. SO good! ☕️🧇🥩

Reservations are usually easy to find, making RÍX a great choice when you want a delicious Disney meal without having to plan months in advance.

🍎✨ Story Book Dining at Artist Point with Snow White at Disney’s Wilderness Lodge is one of our favorite character meals!

The atmosphere is fun, beautiful, and perfectly enchanting. You can meet classic characters like Snow White, Grumpy, and Dopey—and even the Evil Queen…when she summons you, of course! 👑

We love the prime rib and horseradish mashed potatoes, and the drinks and desserts are delicious too! I had the Evil to the Core cocktail, and it was amazing! 🍹🍰
