in Medellin was an amazing experience from start to finish! They also have a location in Washington DC.

This was my first time washing my hands with chocolate 🍫 … I thought I was recording that but I didn’t 🙄🙄

The onion 🧅 ice cream 🍦 was surprisingly good … he didn’t tell me to after I ate it … I probably would have not eaten it if I knew 😂

I had 17 courses and added on the wine 🍷 tasting … because why not?!

I practically had the entire place to myself … I like to go to tasting experiences when the restaurant first opens so I can feel like I bought the place out … I mean a little delusion never hurt right?

Who else likes to pretend they are rich while on vacation? I know I’m not the only one! 😂

Did yall peep 👀 my name on the menu. The small details like that always makes me feel so welcome 🤗

9 day Peru Itinerary 📌

Day 5 thru 9 can be found on last slides of this post!

Day 1:
Day in Lima:
2:00 AM: Check in to Airbnb
9:00 to 10:00 AM: Breakfast (Cafe De Lima or find a cute coffee shop)
11:00 AM to 1:00 PM: Bike ride the Miraflores boardwalk ($15 for bike rental) or paraglide ($80); Larcomar Mall
2:00 to 3:00 PM: Restaurante Javier (Barranco, open until 1AM)
3:30 to 5:00 PM: Explore Barranco (Catacombs, Callao, Plaza De Armas de Limas, Puente de los suspiros, la hermita church)
9:00 to 10:00 PM: Dinner in Barranco (Cala close 2AM, fancy OR Isolina close 11 PM OR Chifa Chun Yion close 11PM)
10:30 PM until: Night life in Barranco (Ayahuasca, El Dragon, La Noche, La Plaza Barranco)

Day 2:
6:15 AM: Depart for airport (takes 45 min to 1 hour to get to airport)
8:00 to 9:30 AM: Flight from Lima to Arequipa
10:30 AM to 1:00 PM: Santa Catalina Monastery (open 9AM to 5PM, cost $12), Plaza De Armas, Mundo Alpaca
1:30 to 2:30 PM: La Nueva Palamino and Plaza De Yanahuara
4:00 -5:00: Drinks and a snack at Ascai 360 @ Katari Hotel (if time De ja vu and Pisco Museum for Drinks)
5:15 PM: Leave for airport (30 minute drive)
6:37 to 8:10 PM: Flight from Arequipa to Lima
10:00 - 11:00 PM: Food (Tribu in Miraflores, Close 1AM, very cute OR Huaca Pucllana ruins in Miraflores, dinner at night)
10:00 PM - until: Pizza Street (Miraflores)

Day 3:
5:10 AM: Leave airbnb to walk to McDonald’s to be picked up by Peru Hop (10 minute walk, McDonald’s, Av. Oscar R. Benavides 140 Miraflores, Cercado de Lima 15074, Peru)
5:30 to 10:00 AM: Lima to Paracas (Need to get food the night before because we wont eat until after the boat tour)
10:00 to NOON: Ballestas boat tour
1:00 to 2:15 PM: Parcas to Haucachina
4:00 to 6:00 PM: Sand dunes, Snow boarding, dune buggies

Day 4:
10:30 AM to 12:30 PM: Tour of Pisco Vineyard
1:00 to 7:00 PM: Explore Haucachina, Wild Rover Hostel (pool party), Banana’s Adventure Hostel (lunch and good drinks), Hike the sand dunes for good views at sunset (best viewpoint is where the sand buggies line up, just past the water tower there is a narrow path leading up the sand dune)
7:00 to 11:45 PM: Haucachina to Lima

Don’t let your impatience settle for crumbs while waiting for your feast!!

📍Rose Villa Saigon

Eating breakfast in an elegant and romantic restaurant in the setting of a lush tropical garden was definitely one of the highlights of my time in Saigon!

From the moment you arrive at Rosa Villa you are greeted with the most vibrant colors of pink and red. There are pink roses EVERYWHERE. For a girl who loves flowers, to have flowers everywhere while eating delicious crab fried rice, red velvet tiramisu, and the tastiest coconut cocktail!

There are plenty of food menu options (40+). There is a cocktail and mocktail list as well. Although the desert menu was limited, in my opinion the only thing needed on the desert menu was the red velvet tiramisu.

If you want the place to yourself, arrive right when they open. They open at 9:00 am and I arrived at 9:15 am and had the place completely to myself for an hour.
