💛Respect Business Hours: Travel agents aren’t on-call 24/7. Please reach out during posted business hours unless it’s a true emergency. Late-night texts for non-urgent questions can wait until the next day.

💛Kindness Is Non-Negotiable: Rudeness, impatience, or disrespect will never be tolerated. Your agent is working hard to serve you, and professionalism goes both ways.

💛Trust the Expertise: Travel agents are trained professionals. Just because something seems “wrong” to you doesn’t mean it actually is. Ask questions respectfully instead of assuming mistakes.
