Chart VRV India has done it again – proudly unveiling the largest tank ever built at our India facility! This liquid nitrogen cryogenic storage tank, with an impressive capacity of 735 KL, is a testament to our world-class engineering, precision manufacturing, and relentless pursuit of innovation in industrial gas and energy storage.

Measuring 46 meters in length and weighing 213 MT (with a net operating weight of 780 MT when filled with LIN), this tank was transported via a 192-wheeled multi-axle trailer to Krishnapatnam Port in Andhra Pradesh, en route to its final destination.

This tank represents structural excellence, safety, and performance at scale. Designed with a sophisticated internal support system to accommodate vessel expansion and contraction, it’s built to withstand even the toughest conditions. From precise assembly to exceptional attention to detail, Chart VRV India has once again delivered a remarkable milestone in large-scale cryogenic innovation.
