Cheers to 20 years! 🥂

We celebrated our 20th wedding anniversary a little early, and it was a day I’ll never forget. My sweet husband gave me my very own Sweet Home Alabama movie moment when he took me to a boutique jewelry store, where we were the only customers, and surprised me with a beautiful pink Rolex to mark 20 years together.

Afterward, we enjoyed an incredible dinner at Eddie V’s in Alpharetta. Everything was absolutely fabulous—from Kyle, the manager, to our wonderful waitress. During dinner, we shared that our oldest son, Luke, dreams of becoming a chef for the Atlanta Braves or Atlanta Falcons after high school. Kyle went above and beyond by gifting Luke a chef jacket and having the entire staff sign it with encouraging messages for his future.

The kindness, thoughtfulness, and love we experienced throughout the day made this anniversary one for the books. Twenty years, three amazing boys, countless memories, and so much gratitude for this life we’ve built together.

Here’s to the next chapter. ❤️

May Moments 2026 — Celebrating Mother’s Day, wrapping up the school year, banquet nights, Max’s birthday, and all the sweet memories in between.

Luke wrapped up his sophomore year with an incredible 4.135 GPA, tied for the highest GPA on JV baseball, and earned the Golden Helmet Award. Now he’s getting ready to kick off travel baseball season next weekend, and we’re all looking forward to Chef Luke cooking dinners all summer long too!

Andrew finished the school year with all As and even won the Math Award. We’ve loved watching him on the baseball field lately, especially after he hit a double and a triple this past weekend. He was also ranked 2nd out of 250 players in the Perfect Game Majors tournament this weekend, which was such an exciting accomplishment for him!

Max just turned 9 and had the best birthday celebration with all of his friends. The magician at his party was amazing and definitely a hit with the kids! He finished the school year with the Teamwork/Leadership Award, also known as the Elephant Award for being a leader of the “herd,” and he absolutely adored his teacher this year.

We’re heading into summer feeling so thankful and excited for more baseball, lazy lake days at the dock, lots of swimming, and hopefully squeezing in a little relaxation along the way.

This past weekend was a special one for the Vanderhoff boys—each of them had their own moment to shine.

Andrew stepped up in a big way playing with Team Elite 13U Nationals. He had an incredible weekend at the plate with a home run, multiple hits, and a walk-off to seal a win. The team went on to win the PG Georgia State Championship, and Andrew even got to bring home the team trophy. Beyond the wins, it meant a lot to be part of such a welcoming, high-energy group of boys.

Max’s team finished the county season undefeated—an amazing accomplishment—and kicked off their first travel tournament of the season this weekend. Max came through with some many hits and kept contributing in his reliable way. It made it even more special having Todd as his coach this season. ❤️

Luke’s travel baseball season starts in a few weeks, but he still had a full and meaningful weekend. He showed up as a great supporter for his brothers, celebrated at his high school basketball banquet, and continued preparing for his upcoming mission trip to Mexico this summer. With a meeting Sunday night. On top of all that, he cooked an awesome dinner for his grandparents—Chef Luke is officially a title that’s sticking.

Thank you to our awesome family for helping get all the boys where they needed to go this weekend. It takes a village.

I know I mainly post about traveling, but I’m so happy for our middle son’s team, I just had to share!!

The Little Mill Mustangs 7th grade boys & girls brought home the FIRST county basketball championship in 20 YEARS! 🏆
What a superb game from start to finish—true teamwork, heart, and hustle.
Shoutout to Andrew with 15 big points and an entire team that played lights out.
So proud of these Mustangs and their coaches! 🏀
Thank you to all our friends and family that came out to support the team!

Best part of the night: Watching Max and his buddies cheer and yell for the team AND when we walked in the door, hearing Luke tell Andrew, “You did AMAZING!” These three brothers may fight but they always have each others back! Proud Mom Moment! 💙 💙 💙

This holiday season has been FULL in the very best way. From Thanksgiving and Black Friday shopping to cheering on all three kids during basketball season, a quick trip to Dollywood, the boys fishing at the cabin, Max shooting his first deer, enjoying an early Christmas surprise from Todd (hot tub), baking Christmas cookies, and soaking in all the festive moments. Life has been busy, but our hearts are full — grateful for the memories, the time together, and this season of family. 🎄
