Could this affect domestic AND international travel? Potentially, yes. Which routes will be affected will vary by airline, and widespread flight cancellations have **not** been announced.

What could travelers potentially notice?
• Fewer flight options on some routes
• Schedule changes
• Fewer alternatives if rebooking is needed
• Potentially higher fares on some routes

No need to panic or rush to book airfare.If you have upcoming travel, stay informed, monitor your existing reservations, and keep an eye on flight availability and pricing as you plan.

On June 19, 1865, more than two years after the Emancipation Proclamation was signed, enslaved African Americans in Galveston, Texas, finally learned they were free. That day became known as Juneteenth—a celebration of freedom, hope, culture, and community.
