A little cocktail inspiration for our upcoming trip to Southern Spain! The Agua de Valencia (Water of Valencia) features freshly squeezed Valencia Oranges (but we can cheat with Minute Maid) plus a little sparkling wine or Cava, vodka and gin. A perfect addition to any brunch menu or pour yourself a medicinal glass to ward off winter scurvy and get mentally juiced for the sunny skies of Espana! :)
