Part two of our visit to Croatia: the lovely island of Hvar! I can’t say enough wonderful things about this place. The towns are pristine, the water is some of the clearest and cleanest I have ever seen, the people are gracious and welcoming, and there are so many things to do!

We biked, we sailed, we swam, we danced, and we ate and drank some amazing food and wine! I can’t wait to come back and explore this island more in the future.

We are having the BEST time in Croatia!🇭🇷

Our trip began in the UNESCO Heritage city of SPLIT, located right on the Adriatic Sea.

We did a fantastic day trip with Dream Tours Croatia that included a lovely long walk through Krka National Park with lunch at a village konoba where we ate some delicious grilled Croatian specialties (pork and rooster 🐓) followed by a wine tasting at Testament Vineyards 🍷 Other days were spent touring the city in tuktuks, swimming and kayaking in the Adriatic Sea, watching World Cup games (Croatia v England!), eating delicious food and enjoying each other’s company! And gelato. A lot of gelato!

Next stop Hvar Island!
