Un6th AUSTIN was created in 2010 as a list to satisfy out-of-towners who inquire, "What else is there to do besides 6th Street?" If you've been in Austin longer than 2 minutes, it's easy to get overwhelmed with how MUCH there is to do beyond 6th Street! The site has since evolved to more than just a list-- but a place for locals to boast about their fave local places, products, events, art, music
and media beyond 6th! Austin continues to be one of the best places to visit/live; larger media productions attempt to cover every aspect of local culture and arts. un6th Austin is different in that it is hyper focused on the hidden gems and/or up and coming attractions, putting locals front and center as the experts to curate their favorite unique places and events at the neighborhood level.
