Our favorite pool spot at Sandals Halcyon Beach in St Lucia 🏝️

This is the quiet pool, which is the longest pool in the Caribbean.

We love that it’s chill, beautiful and has great service.

Plus it’s next to the pizza shop and the beach bistro (their chicken quesadilla is 👍👍)

There are lots of rooms in this area so many people stay right here, but anyone on resort is welcome to enjoy.

What’s the food like at Sandals Grande St Lucian in Saint Lucia?

At this all-inclusive resort, you’ll find lots of different types of cuisine, from French to Italian to Caribbean.

We marched into Sandals Resorts corporate headquarters with our list of demands - frozen yogurt shops for every resort!!!

JK I'm sad to say the frozen yogurt shops didn't come up. But we did have a great time chatting with the team!

(And to be specific, it’s the headquarters of Unique Vacations, worldwide representatives of Sandals and Beaches Resorts 🏝️)

One of the reasons we work so closely with Sandals as a brand is because the team is so great, across the board.

From the corporate side to team members on resort, they are who allow us to go above and beyond for our clients.

So it's always great to get to stop in and touch base about how things are going for our business and where we can continue to work together to provide the best possible vacation experience.

(But if anyone from Sandals is reading this… the frozen yogurt dream is still alive. 🍦😎)

🚁 We just took a helicopter from the main airport in St. Lucia to the resort side of the island… and it completely changed the start of our trip.

We’re both prone to motion sickness, so the ~90-minute winding island drive to the resort sounded like a rough way to begin vacation 😅

Instead, we took a helicopter transfer that’s usually only about 12 minutes long. But because we made an extra stop to drop off other passengers at another resort, we ended up getting the most unreal aerial views of the island.

It honestly felt more like an excursion than a mode of transportation.

It's one of the highlights of our trip for sure, and it just barely started.

"We got married at a Sandals after watching Honeymoon Always videos; May 2025.

We narrowed it down to Jamaica. Dan recommended Dunn's River and everything they said is true. It was just spectacular.

Splurged for a balcony pool. Staff are an absolute delight. Felt like family; we were so sad to leave them. The food is spectacular.

Our wedding was 20/10 perfection. Used the French restaurant as our rehearsal dinner spot and the entire group met up the night before at the rum bar as our lil on island pre-wedding celebration night out.

Got married on the beach; beautiful teal waters; had an under the stars reception and it was so hot we did an after party in the pool with some of the fine ci**rs they sell on site.

Checked out the local adventure spot and Dunn's River; loved it! Highly recommend Jamaica and Dunn's River.

Thank you both for your wonderful videos and their contributions to our special day ❤️!"
