These beautiful ladies were such a joy to travel with. I’m so grateful for their trust.

I create these European retreats for the women who do it all without complaint. The ones who make the plans, hold everything together, and who deserve to just show up and be taken care of. Here, you don’t have to think about every detail or make one more decision. You just get to breathe, to laugh, and to be fully present in a beautiful place, surrounded by other women who get it.

To these incredibly strong and self-less ladies, hold onto that spark you found. Keep making space for rest, adventure, and the joy that reminds you who you are.

~With Love, Kerry-Ann.

Three Days in Florence 🇮🇹

The first half of our “Ladies Under the Tuscan Sun Italian Retreat” was spent soaking up every bit of Florence.

We began the mornings like true Florentines, with a strong espresso (sugar added ;)) and a croissant, before heading out to explore hidden corners of the city. Our private guides led us beyond the tourist spots to open air markets, overflowing with fresh fruits and vegetables, local antique markets, and boutique shops filled with gorgeous Italian made clothing. We really felt the pulse of true Florence.

We visited the Florence Leather School (yes, a few came home with new bags and jackets), stepped back in time as we watched mosaic artisans practice their centuries-old craft, it was absolutely mesmerizing, and grabbed some perfume at the oldest perfumery in Florence which dates back to the 1400s.

Of course, no trip to Florence would be complete without seeing Michelangelo’s David, exploring the Accademia, Uffizi Galleries, Pitti Palace, and standing beneath the awe-inspiring Brunelleschi’s Dome. Our guides really gave us a deeper appreciation for the Renaissance masters and the stories behind their masterpieces.

We wrapped up our time with a photoshoot, at golden hour, overlooking the city. Florence captured our hearts in every way. 🇮🇹

Hello September. Hello, crisp air, leaves crunching against the cobblestones and cozy pub fires. Autumn in an English village slows you down in the best way. You owe it to yourself to experience it. #

This wasn’t always easy for me. I used to be the woman who made sure everyone else was okay… while quietly slipping beneath the weight of it all.

At some point, I realized I barely recognized myself.

This year I set a personal goal: hiking over 100 miles along the Cotswolds Way in England. It was slow. Quiet. Challenging. And it gave me a piece of myself back. It removed limitations I had set on myself.

If you’ve been carrying it all for everyone else, I want to remind you: it’s okay to set something aside just for you.

You’re not selfish. You’re remembering the woman staring back at you in the mirror.

Have you set a goal that’s just for you this year? I’d love to hear about it—drop it in the comments or DM me. 💬

Let’s talk about something I wish more travelers knew…
You don’t need to see every city in one trip to Europe.
In fact, the trips that leave you feeling filled, not fried, are the ones where you stay longer in fewer places. City hopping each day means spending most of your vacation in transit than truly enjoying the destination.

One of the best things I ever did was slow down. I remember spending three nights in one small English town, and feeling more connected than I ever did racing through five cities in a week.

Slow mornings, a favorite café, real conversations; giving yourself space to unwind is the whole point of taking time off. So remember to find that balance.

Travel isn’t a race, it’s about being present.

When in Rome, do what the Romans do. Want to eat like a true Roman? 🇮🇹 Avoid these 3 food mistakes:
1️⃣Skip the tourist traps-find small trattorias where locals actually eat. Stay away from the restaurants that have big, colorful menus, with pictures, written solely in English.
2️⃣ No cappuccino after 11am-espresso is the way to go. ☕️ But if you really do want that cappuccino they’re used to Americans so go ahead and order…but you may get a raised eyebrow 🤭
3️⃣ Dinner before 7pm? That’s a no-go! Romans eat dinner late. Many restaurants don’t even open for dinner until 7:30/8pm. In the meantime grab an aperitivo which is a pre-dinner light snack and drink served between 6-9pm. When in Rome…Go ahead and embrace la dolce vita. ✨
Save this for your next trip! .
