This was a very special cake for a very special little girl named Sienna… She turned two this weekend and her lovely parents threw a fabulous carnival party. The cake was a two-tier Madagascar Vanilla Cake with fresh strawberry puree buttercream. Happy birthday, Sienna!

This little number is for a meeting with the Simcha Resources group this week… It’s a two tier Lemon-Raspberry Dream cake iced in vanilla fondant and accented with satin ribbon and a handmade gumpaste sugar anemone flower. Lots more cake to come this week!

Our 2nd cake for this week is a larger-than-life iPhone cake for the Texas Wireless Summit. The cake and matching cupcakes served 100 guests and were a combination of our Madagascar Bourbon vanilla cake / vanilla buttercream and sour cream chocolate cake / peanut butter buttercream.
