Bluey is coming to Disney’s Animal Kingdom — and she’s bringing kangaroos. 🦘

📆 Starting May 26, Bluey’s Wild World at Conservation Station opens at Animal Kingdom, and it is going to be absolutely WACKADOO! Here is what your family gets to experience:

🎈 Meet Bluey and Bingo for games like Keepy Uppy and Magic Asparagus, ending with a big bubble celebration.

🦘 See real kangaroos and wallabies at the brand new Jumping Junction habitat. Peek inside the Veterinary Treatment Room, Animal Nutrition Window, and more behind-the-scenes animal care stops. Plus check out frogs, lizards, and tiny invertebrates at the Reptile and Amphibian Windows.

The fact that we celebrate National Travel Advisor Day during the very important week we dedicate to Teacher Appreciation feels very fitting for me. I loved working in elementary education, but when I felt a call to stay home with my kids, I felt a loss of my identity as a teacher. I even joked (although it was kind of true) that the only other thing I knew how to do was go to Disney. 🤣

These pivotal changes in life led me to working as a travel professional today and I could not be more thankful for the opportunity and support Practically Perfect Vacations has given me. It’s allowed me to combine my love of teaching with my love of travel, and all things Disney of course. Ultimately, doing something that helps others has always been my calling and I am so thankful for the careers in my life so far that have let me do that. So here’s to all the teachers- you are rockstars. And to all the travel advisors- our work is so important in an ever changing world. Life is pretty good when you love what you do!
