One coat one, at least one more to go.

Freshly cleaned teak decks are thirsty for teak oil, but you can see the difference in even one application.

Getting her pretty before heading down to the Antique and Classic Boat Show in St. Michaels next weekend, our first time attending.

No charters 6/12-6/15 while we are away in attendance.

She been a dirty boat, so she gets the hose again!

In order to keep the teak decks looking nice we do a deep clean at least once a year. Then once dry we go back and re oil with teak oil.

Monthly we try and do a light wash and then a wash down with saltwater which they like much more than fresh.

We spent the day "off charter" volunteering again with the Downtown Sailing Center as a the spectator / photography vessel for their annual "You Gotta Regatta".

Started the day in driving rain and fog, ended in clear sky's and 83 degrees.

Come join us as we cruise into the harbor alongside the 2024 fleet for the Great Chesapeake Schooner Race.

We will provide one of the best views of the fleet as they parade from Fort McHenry to the Inner Harbor and back.

The cruise departs promptly at 4:30 PM from Port Covington Marina and return between 6:30 and 7PM.

Maximum of 6 passengers.
