What will Myra do during your Craniosacral Therapy session?

CST is incredibly gentle. While you relax fully clothed on the treatment table, Myra uses a light touch (about 5 grams of pressure, or the weight of a nickel) at areas such as your head, feet, and sacrum.

Through this gentle contact, she evaluates your body's subtle rhythms and looks for areas of tension or restriction. She then uses specialized hands-on techniques to encourage those areas to release and help your nervous system settle.

There's no cracking, forceful manipulation, or deep pressure, just gentle, individualized care based on what your body needs that day.
