Now booking 2024 “Traveling Fitness Classes” at local Daycares, Preschools, Elementary Schools, Birthday Parties, After-School programs, Home school groups, etc. Teaching kids proper exercise and nutrition at a young age is so important and you might as well have fun doing it! Reach out for more information or share this idea with your kiddos school! 💪🤸‍♀️ 🏋️‍♂️

Happy spring! Lots of fun classes coming up!

*One last playgroup until the fall at Bedford Town Hall this Friday April 14th with just a few spots left.
*Two dates set for Joppa Hill Farm (April 21st and May 12th)
*Almost every Monday at Sensory Seekers in Concord at 11am (except this Monday the 17th, I’ll be there at 4pm)
*Plus I’m doing a Fun Fitness class at Bedford Town Library during April Break too.

Come check out my classes at Sensory Seekers or just go there to play if you haven’t yet…it’s so much fun! This clip was from a 3 week Hip Hop session I did in October, what a blast! 🎉

I will be there Mondays in December; the 5th, 12th and 19th from 11-11:45am for Fitness Fusion. Hoping to add some ballet, hip hop and even acting classes for older kiddos too starting in the new year so keep your eye out! Hope to see a lot of my little friends soon 🤸‍♀️

Date change for Fitness Fusion at the Farm due to another rainy day today, class will now be tomorrow October 27th same time (12:15-1:00).

I’ve had a few spots open due to the change so sign up if you’re free TOMORROW and want to enjoy the beautiful day! Or sign up for next Friday November 4th 11-11:45am which will likely be my last day at Joppa Hill until spring🤸‍♀️
