This year I've been trying to get just one pic per person with a wiper, walleye, whatever. It gets chaotic in the boat a lot of the days when the wiper are on the feed and im running around netting fish back to back. Less picture taking and more fishing catching. No excuse for getting behind posting them though 🤷‍♂️ think i have enough in queue still for 2 more photobombs in the next week. If I took a pic of every catfish we've unintentionally caught this month I'd have enough to post everyday for the next 2 years...

Who pulled the plug? Only the second time I've seen a whirlpool in 40ft of water out there. Trying to save mac's water while gaining feet of shoreline a day.

Lots of people going home with sore arms this week... Wipers are finally being more consistent with a few days of 30+ of the big girls. I bet I hung at least 60 slimy 5-8lb catfish over the side of the boat this week as well with 2 pushing 20lbs that I can remember, but we dont talk about those😷

I've had endless people message or call me over the years including 3 just today, that aren't interested in booking a day with me, but are planning to take their own boats out and want me to tell them how and where im catching my fish. Im sorry but this is literally my job, especially this year. I have no problem giving up info to people that have booked with me before because they've given me something in return. Other than that, if you're not a friend that i know isn't going to go out and kill every fish they catch everyday then no offense, but my lips are closed. I don't hate fish. It's hard enough trying to balance keeping customers happy without ruining the lake. It also doesn't take the stress off me knowing I can just sit around at home all day looking for a new job cuz I've told everyone else how to do it on their own so they dont need me out there. I think it would be obvious but I dont know anymore. I have half days available if you want the cheapest way to find out what im doing so you can copy it in your own boat. Otherwise, go pull crankbaits through the trees at 3mph. I know all the other guides deal with the same thing but man its getting old... vent over
