This outdoor living space was transformed into a beautiful extension of the home—creating a comfortable, covered area for relaxing, entertaining, and enjoying the outdoors.

From the covered patio structure to the finished hardscape and thoughtfully designed landscaping, every detail was planned to make the space feel like a natural part of the home.

We’re proud to have collaborated with Diamond Lawn & Landscapes who handled the hardscaping and landscaping, bringing the surrounding outdoor space together beautifully.

🚜 A Farmhouse Reimagined for the Next Generation

This summer, we’ve been transforming a classic farmhouse into a home that better fits the needs of a growing family.

The original addition was carefully removed to make way for something entirely new—an expanded space designed to bring together two new bedrooms, a brand-new kitchen, and comfortable new living spaces.

Working on a property that is still an active farm adds another layer to the project. It’s not simply about creating more square footage—it’s about thoughtfully expanding a home while respecting the character, history, and way of life that make the property special.

From the demolition and structural work to the details that will ultimately make these spaces feel like home, this project has been a great example of what we love about renovation and addition work: taking what’s already there and creating something that works beautifully for the future.

An outdoor space designed for more than just a season.

For this project, the goal was to create an outdoor living environment that felt like a natural extension of the home—comfortable enough for everyday use, thoughtfully designed for entertaining, and built to be enjoyed for years to come.

The project brought together a covered outdoor living area, custom timber details, a stone fireplace and hearth, outdoor kitchen and bar, integrated lighting, entertainment space, and a carefully planned patio and landscape setting.

What makes a project like this successful isn't any one feature. It's how all of the elements work together.

When this project began, the homeowners had a long wishlist, some unique challenges, and a clear vision for how they wanted to use their outdoor space.

Through the design and construction process, we worked together to refine that vision as the project evolved—addressing challenges along the way while also identifying opportunities to make the space even better.
