This magnificent home, just off Beachwood Canyon, was once owned by Gable and Lombard.

This Moorish-inspired residence was built in 1924 and was one of the original homes built by the Hollywoodland Real Estate
Development Company. Alexander Pantages gave the house to his daughter as a wedding present. Silent movie star Alice Terry and her director husband, Rex Ingram, also lived here. And Clark Gable and Carole Lombard called 2720 Woodhaven home after their wedding.

It’s been exquisitely restored to evoke the glamour of Hollywood's golden era. The house has 4 bedrooms and 3-1/2 baths. Each bedroom steps into its own patio or balcony. The master bathroom has a hot sauna. The basement contains the laundry room as well as another room that can be used as a wine cellar or for storage. As you go up the tower, you can step onto multiple decks with different views of Hollywood Hills.
