A throwback post to when I got to join and in Disneyland for a fun weekend getting to learn all about and experience new things at Disneyland!

Disneyland truly is a place like no other! To get to go and walk through “Walt’s Park” is just something so extremely special and magical! It gives me goosebumps every time I go♥️

My Disneyland favorites:

✨ Rides: Incredicoaster, Mr. Toad’s Wild Ride, Pirates if the Caribbean, Peter Pan’s Flight, and It’s a Small World

✨ Lands: Fantasyland, New Orleans Square, Pixar Pier, Avengers Campus

✨treats: Mickey Beignet, Raspberry Pineapple Swirl dole whip, frozen apple juice

✨other favorites: Fantasmic! , characters strolling around the parks, World of Color

Pro Disney World Tip: do not miss out on Animal Kingdom at night.

Animal Kingdom is an extremely popular park to rope drop and then leave mid afternoon to either have resort time or park hop to another park. But to me by doing this you are missing out on the best time of day at Animal Kingdom.

Why should you stay for Animal Kingdom at night?

🐾 Pandora at night is stunning (photo featured is from Pandora)! This whole area of the park glows beautifully from the trees, to the ground, and to the water. No photo truly does it Justice.

🐾 I have found the animals on Kilimanjaro Safari to be the most active at Dawn/ right at their dinner time! I always have the best Safari experience at this time of day.

🐾 the crowds! Like I said earlier, most guests do not think of Animal Kingdom as a nighttime park. This means that the park is (typically) way less crowded in the evening than it is in the morning/afternoon.

🐾 Expedition Everest at night! This attraction just hits differently when it’s dark. I can’t explain it but you just have to trust me.

🐾the weather! Animal Kingdom gets hot. So being there once the sun starts to set is always a plus!

How do I typically do Animal Kingdom?

I actually use my Animal Kingdom day as a day to sleep in. I know, crazy right? I typically will get to the park around lunch time or right after lunch time and stay until park close.

This allows for a chill morning/early afternoon at my resort.

Checked out of the Boardwalk this morning at Walt Disney World✨

Let me just say, I am in love with this resort. The rooms are so cozy and the resort itself is just so charming.

While I have visited this resort many times, this was my first time staying here and wow you really do not get the full experience until you do!

This truly might be my favorite deluxe resort now!

Also just look at the view from our room! It was so magical waking up in the morning, opening up the curtains and door, and listening to the boats and music in the morning✨

Full review of this magical resort coming soon! But you guys, do not sleep on the Boardwalk!

Why do I love the Christmas at Walt Disney World?

Disney World goes all out for Christmas. All of the resorts and parks are decorated with holiday decorations. Epcot has the International Festival of the Holidays which has the best food. Magic Kingdom has Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party. Christmas music plays around the parks and resorts. It truly is just such a magical experience. ✨🎄

Welcome to Radiator Springs!

Cars Land at California Adventure Park in Disneyland has to be one of the most immersive lands throughout any Disney Park. The imagineers here truly outdid themselves!

What does the land have?

✨ 3 rides, including Radiator Springs Racers which is just as much thrilling as it is beautiful!

✨ multiple snack and dining options. My favorite is the Cozy Cone Motel! Each cone has its on treat! 😋

✨ CARS! It wouldn’t be Cars without Mater or Lightning McQueen greeting guests visiting Radiator Springs!

This area of the park is also stunning at night with all of the neon lights!

What do Walt Disney World’s Art of Animation and Pop Century resorts have in common?

They are both value resorts located on the Skyliner!

If you are going to Walt Disney World and are visiting on a budget these two resorts are the ones to look at!

Why I love these resorts:

1. Convenience: both of the resorts offer bus and skyliner transportation to the parks! The bus will take you to Magic Kingdom and Animal Kingdom. The Skyliner will take you to Epcot and Hollywood Studios. Having two forms of transportation always makes for a more seamless trip to Walt Disney World, plus the skyliner is just the star student of disney transportation in my opinion🤩

2. Bang for your buck: the value resorts have their category title for a reason. These resorts bring great value for the price point. Both of these resorts offer amazing pools, things to do, room accommodations, and great quick service dining options with quick access via the skyliner to so many other dining options at other resorts along the Skyliner.

3. The accommodations: both resorts offer standard rooms that have queen size beds that sleep up to 4 adults. Art of Animation also offers family suites that sleep up to 6 adults!

I have had to opportunity to stay at both of these resorts and I have to say they are some of my favorites. You truly feel immersed in the magic here with the larger than life theming throughout both resorts!

What do I do for you as a Travel Specialist?

First, my services go far beyond booking your trip for you. I would line up what I do more along the lines of Vacation Planner/Consultant.

I work closely with my clients, get to know them, what they love, what they don’t love, get to understand their ideal vacation experience, and help to plan trips specific to them!

No family and no group is the same. For myself, I have never been a rope drop person at theme parks. I would much rather have a relaxing morning at my resort and arrive at the park mid morning/early afternoon and stay until the park closes and hop in line for something right as the park is closing! Some people prefer to rope drop and have a nice evening at their resort.

Some people want to go with the flow and not have any type of reservation to tie them down at a certain time and some people like the structure of having things like a dining reservation every day!

Some people prefer to do everything themselves and some people prefer to have someone assisting every step of the way! This is why I offer two types of planning services. One is my Concierge Service which is a paid service and the other is my Gold Service which is complimentary.

With my concierge package I work closely with my clients with many phone chats and emails back and forth to ensure that they have the perfect trip. With my gold clients I am less hands on and I send them a packet with all of the tools they need to succeed in planning their trip and I am here if they have any questions along the way!

No matter where you are with your planning it is so important to book with a travel specialist. My job is to ensure that you have the best trip possible whether it’s your first time or 100th time visiting a destination!✨✈️
