Before and afters!!!
This customers screenroom had settled and was sagging due to insufficient footings. We were able to temporarily support the existing screenroom and remove its permanent support post. We then cut out the old and poured new footing capable of carrying the weight of the screenroom and reset post.
Once we had to the screenroom secure we added a 12x24 deck off of the patio to add an extra place to spend time and entertain!!
