Travel doesn’t always have to mean crossing oceans, luxury resorts, or perfectly planned itineraries.

Sometimes it’s loading up the car, grabbing a few camping chairs, and spending the weekend by the lake. Watching the sunset. Cooking over a fire. Slowing down long enough to actually breathe.

I think we sometimes forget that travel is really just about stepping away from the routine and making memories — whether that’s in another country or just a couple hours from home.

The “best trip” looks different for everyone, and honestly? There’s something really special about the simple ones too.

Just got home yesterday from Passport to Growth 2026, and wow…what a weekend. ✨

This annual convention reminded me why I love being part of this industry so much. It wasn’t just about travel; it was about connection, collaboration, growth, and creating experiences.

Our agency did things a little differently this year. We hosted a trade show with 20+ incredible supplier partners and invited other agencies to join us too - something that’s not always common in this industry, but such a powerful reminder that there’s room for community over competition.

And somehow we balanced all of that with plenty of fun too. We stayed in an absolutely INSANE 11-bedroom house at Evermore… complete with a slide INSIDE the house. 😅

We toured the beautiful Norwegian Prima, spent countless hours connecting with supplier reps who came to visit us at the house, shared ideas, learned from one another, and made memories I’ll be talking about for a long time.

I came home inspired, grateful, exhausted in the best way, and more excited than ever for what’s ahead - both personally and professionally.

Here’s to growth, partnerships, unforgettable experiences, and doing business a little differently. 💙

I was speaking to a couple last night on the beach at Disney's Polynesian Village Resort after watching the Magic Kindgom fireworks who said they have been watching those fireworks for 45 years!

Did you read that right? 45 YEARS!

45 years of memories, raising their kids and now grandkids on Disney magic and pixie dust.

45 years of seeing how the resorts and parks have changed over time.

45 years of truly understanding what's it means to be IN the moment.

I can think of no better legacy to build for your children and grandchildren. Memories to last a lifetime.

Just got done touring the stunning Norwegian Prima from Norwegian Cruise Line and I’m seriously impressed. ✨🚢

This ship feels modern, upscale, and thoughtfully designed from top to bottom. Between the gorgeous Ocean Boulevard, incredible dining options, infinity pools, kids clubs, and unique attractions like the three-level racetrack and slides over the side of the ship, there’s truly something for everyone.

The Prima somehow manages to feel both luxurious and fun at the same time.
