Great start to the Outside Agents travel conference in Orlando.

I just wrapped up my 2nd year volunteering at the Boise Albertsons Open (part of the ).

I decided to try something completely different and volunteered with Hospitality this year. I was checking tickets and greeting guests at the sponsor skyboxes.

I worked hole 17 on Thursday - amazing view of the tee box on 18,

18 on Friday - 7 hour view of the parking lot 😑,

and 16 on Saturday - action-packed view of the 10th green.

I’ll try out another department next year. I love getting to see a completely different side of this tournament every year, and I’m already looking forward to it!

Sunday was the real treat. With no volunteer shift, Josh and I went out to watch the final round.

We planted ourselves at the 10th green and waited for a group we had decided we wanted to follow, then followed them through the back 9.

Rosenmueller was having a rough day that just seemed to keep getting rougher. Nu started getting more aggressive and missed a couple hero shots. Meanwhile, Shore just kept getting better and better, quietly climbing his way up the leaderboard.

By the time they reached 18, we were completely invested. It was a nail-biter watching everything unfold in real time. Shore ended up tied for 2nd!

While I'm not really an avid golfer, there’s something pretty special about watching professional golf from the course.

Which do you prefer: find a great spot and SIT, or FOLLOW a group around the course? ⛳️
