After a very long winter of some seriously overdue maintenance and improvements (to both the yawl boat and the Evans), we are beyond ready to take you sailing!

This year you can find us on the dock at Bristol Marine Boothbay Harbor Shipyard at 120 Commercial Street. We will be offering both public and private charters for some stunning sailing in the Boothbay Harbor area. This is a physically and socially demanding job. Responsibilities include all aspects of sailing operations, as well as some maintenance. Deckhands are expected to be highly attentive to vessel presentation/cleanliness, maintain the highest level of customer service, act in a professional manner at all times, and abide by all training and safety protocols. Ideal candidates enjoy working outdoors, being physically active, and socializing.

Although this is a very demanding job, it is highly rewarding and a tremendous amount of fun!

We are looking to hire three full time deckhands.

$500/week + tips

The Chief Mate works with the captain in all aspects of the vessel’s operations. Ranging from teaching the crew, maintenance of the vessel, and leadership with educational, public, and private programing. Applicants should enjoy working with student and adult passengers. In addition to being passionate about history and the significance of these vessels.

Chief mate will get one day off a week.
