is saying thank you and goodbye to all. It has been a great year of learning and sharing with so many of you--thank you for the support and for enjoying our products. Today I am closing this business in order to focus on my children and my health. I've often been told that our products will do well because there is such a need for gluten free, however I don't know that everyone knows yet WHY I am doing this. This isn't about getting products out in the public--it's about helping others like myself. These are my recipes--this is MY LIFESTYLE. My goal is to bring nutritious, YUMMY, food to those who are gluten free so they can love eating again!!

another sampling last weekend has left me reflecting on all of the wonderful people I was able to speak with. I used to think I had it hard, but when a Mom tells me her 6-yr old is at a birthday party-unable to enjoy the pizza and cake-my heart sinks! I hope our products will bring joy and hope to those who can't have gluten--especially you kids!!

Last weekend I met an adorable 10-year old little girl who not only has a gluten allergy, but also milk, eggs, peanuts, and soy...you wouldn't think much was available, but this little girl has discovered there are still foods to enjoy and is determined to do a cookbook for kids--and she's already compiling recipes!! I hope her enthusiasum is contagious!!

Do you suffer from chronic abdominal pain and/or swelling?? How about re-occuring migraines?? Have you ever thought it could be the gluten in your diet? After suffering for YEARS with severe abdominal pain--even after surgeries, colonoscopies, and many other tests--I hit rock-bottom. Then, through diet change, I discovered that the culprit was the gluten in my diet...would change benefit you too??
