Fred Murray, a lifelong mid-coastal resident, with over 20 years of experience in the construction and landscaping field, established Murray's Grounds keeping, Inc. Fred hired John Drake, the current owner, in the spring of 1987. John excelled at each task and responsibility he was given. He progressed from his position as a laborer, to a crew leader, to a supervisor and then to the general manage

We belong to the Associated Constructors of Maine (ACM), the Maine Landscaping and Nursery Association (MeLNA), and the Maine Arborists Association. Our objectives: We want to help you accurately define and implement your needs. For commercial and residential clients alike, presenting a neat, eye-appealing outdoor appearance goes a long way toward establishing your identity. We want to provide you with responsive, worry-free maintenance service. Our Crew Murray's Grounds keeping, Inc. has served commercial and large residential clients from Portland to Wiscasset for more than seventeen years. Midcoast Maine's One-Stop, Quality, Four Season Grounds keeping. Spring: Cleanup & Sweeping, Pruning, Aerating, Fertilizing and Seeding. Summer: Mowing, Trimming, Pruning and Weed Control. Fall: Aerating, Fertilizing, Liming, Pruning and Cleanup. Winter: Snow Plowing, Snow Removal and Sanding. Our fees are very competitive with other quality grounds keeping companies in this area. We will be happy to provide you with a free estimate. We specialize in commercial accounts; however, we are delighted to work with homeowners as well.

As 2018 draws to a close, we would like to thank all our employees who are currently with us and the ones who have begun new journeys. Thank you for helping us get through another year. It's been a lot of fun.
