Being in the travel industry in the normal world is usually a really fun job and one that I really love! But most people know, this virus has decimated the tourism industry. Some have lost the majority of a year’s income. The first quarter of the year is usually our strongest sales months.

Most travel advisors are 100% commission based and if people cancel and do not travel we do not get paid. So most of the work that was done last year will result in zero income plus additional hours of work being on hold to help cancel or reschedule our clients vacations.

We have been there for our clients through the booking process and to answer questions and concerns. We are here now for our clients to help cancel and reschedule vacations whether we are paid or not. And we will be here to book new vacations once travel resumes
