📣 Help build momentum for the SPIRIT Act! Under the legislation, eligible distillers producing up to 100,000 proof gallons annually would qualify for a tax reduction of $2.35 per proof gallon if at least 90% of their agricultural inputs are sourced domestically.

As of September October 19, the following state guilds have committed to providing letters of support for the SPIRIT Act:

Coming November 2026, the Montana Distillers Guild is proud to introduce 🥃 TrailBlazer 🥃, a blended wh***ey collaboration bringing together 12 Montana distilleries.

Each distillery brings its own character, craftsmanship, and perspective to this unique project, showcasing the talent and diversity of Montana’s spirits industry.

TrailBlazer represents what happens when Montana distillers come together with a shared passion for wh***ey and a commitment to pushing our industry forward.
