Did a little night fishing with a great customer and friend. Came up a little short, which is easy to do against these hammers. Always good to spend a little time on the water fishing in the dark.

This week was tough! Nonetheless, as is always the case, somebody caught them. That somebody was once again the team of Jacob Wade and Nick Lawler with 16.51 lbs. Their limit was anchored by the big bass of the night, a 5.27 lb largemouth. Awesome job, boys!!

Second place went to the team of Aaron Hodge and Heath Hegberg with 15.42 lbs. Noice!

With Independence Day week falling in 2 weeks, we couldn’t get a permit, so we will see you all at Mill Creek on July 16th, 7pm - midnight.

Fun trip out of Big Cedar today. Fishing did improve and we took advantage of it. We found a large school of feeding bluegill and I think these boys may have enjoyed catching them even more than the bass.

Took an amazing couple - newlyweds out today; honeymoon bass fishing trip sounds like an idea I would come up with. Only took one picture. The bite was tough and we wouldn’t have taken more than 10 if we took a picture of them all. You don’t have to catch 100 to have a great time on the water, but we will make those bass pay next time!

Tournament fishing and guiding are two completely different animals. In the past couple years I have focused more on guide fishing and took a bit of a step back from fishing tournaments. It is difficult mentally and physically to do both on a high level.

This year my long time tournament partner James Bailey and I decided to fish the entire Anglers in Action tournamentent series on Table Rock Lake; our first full series fishing AiA since 2022. We put in the work and were fortunate enough to WIN Team of the Year against the toughest competitors in the area!

Summer is upon us and it is time to switch back to full on guide mode. Whether you are looking to catch some bass, crappie or trout with your family, or you are looking to hone your tournament fishing skills, I am here to help. Give me a follow, get with me, and let’s go fishing!

Few pics from today and this weekend. Lakes are rising and the fish are moving around a little day to day. Going to have some high water for the foreseeable future. Fishing a tournament this weekend and spending some time with my wonderful wife for our anniversary.

Really enjoyed my time on the water with these fellas. Rising water over the past few days had the crappie scattered, but we stayed after them and ran into some spotted bass as well.

Stopped by Cricket Creek Marina for a handful of minnows and got a fine Crisco the goat T-shirt to top off the day. You really cant beat the service or the people there! .

Fun day today; weather and company were perfect. Crappie were tougher than yesterday but we had a nice mess. Took advantage of the new Arkansas spoonbill season this afternoon.

Little time off to heal up after an awesome spoonbill season and went back after crappie today. With the lakes fluctuating it can be difficult, but if it were easy everyone would do it. Get with me if you are looking to catch a mess of crappie!
