Nice article from Colorado Public Radio about the rescue work C-SAR does: https://www.cpr.org/2025/06/24/colorado-mountain-trail-rescues/

Quote: "Tools like ChatGPT and Google AI may be helpful for structuring an itinerary, but C-SAR warns against relying on the technology for trail difficulty ratings or conditions."

Go to the source itself for the most reliable and current information. We like CalTopo for mapping, and the National Weather Service's forecast.weather.gov. For precision weather for any trail or zone, tap the map to create a pinpoint forecast. Be safe out there!
