Based in Greenville, South Carolina, but we love to travel to destinations worldwide. We shoot primarily in a photojournalistic and editorial style so that your photographs tell a visual story of your day. We understand that every special event is as unique as its hosts, therefore we can customize your package so that you get everything you want. Of Love and Cake is the business of photographer Brenda Ernst. Brenda earned her degree in professional advertising photography from the world-renowned Brooks Institute of Photography in Santa Barbara, California. This education along with her professional background in graphic design and whitewater kayaking and her passions for surfing, snowboarding, cycling, food, art and cool people have led her to travel the world with a camera, capturing life's vibrancy. Brenda has experienced that when life is being creatively pursued and lived to its fullest, beauty and love are inherent, and inspiration ensues. Amidst Brenda's sporty persona lies a fascination with love and all of its symbolism. She has a gift for capturing and communicating these impressions, and the joy this brings her has led her to found of Love and Cake.
