Our Story

Established in Brookfield, Connecticut, Liberty Football Academy (LFA) was founded in 2013 by Scott Wright and Jeff Garofalo, and is led by the coaching expertise of former Director of Manchester United Soccer Schools Coaching Director Kevin Fitzsimmons. LFA manages a close partnership with the Brookfield Soccer Club to provide professional soccer coaching to their in-house programs and travel soccer teams. This partnership has also allowed us to launch our Pre-Premier Program that lays the foundation for strong premier soccer teams for years to come. Liberty Football Academy is most proud of the education that our coaches provide their players, so its incredibly important that we provide a pathway for you to grow alongside us as well. We feel so privileged to announce our mentorship with LaLiga and their Methodology Director Gari Fullaondo. This urge for a higher soccer education will ultimately be the reason why we are successful, and we are excited for the opportunity to meet, learn, and grow alongside you.
