Meet Captain Steve.

Steve’s connection to these waters began at just 11 years old, and by 14, he had his own boat. What started as a childhood passion quickly became a lifelong pursuit. After college, he returned to the water full-time, and for years he’s guided anglers, explored these creeks, and shared the traditions that make Maryland’s Eastern Shore so unique.

Today, he brings that same passion aboard the Lois Ann.

Whether he’s telling the story behind a historic harbor, pointing out local wildlife, or sharing memories passed down through generations of watermen, Captain Steve reminds us that the Chesapeake isn’t just a place—it’s a way of life.
