✏️ANIMATION EXPERIENCE @ ANIMAL KINGDOM✏️

When you visit Animal Kingdom, don't forget to take the train to the Conservation Station! There, you will find lots of fun stuff to do! My favorite though, is the Animation Experience. It is amazing!!

A Disney animator will give step by step instructions as you follow along to draw a popular Disney character. The class is approximately 25 minutes long. Characters change periodically. I've gotten to draw Nick Wilde, but I will continue to do this EVERY time we go! Oh, and the best part- there is no additional charge to participate in this!

Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party returns this year to Magic Kingdom kicking off Nov. 8 and running on select nights through Dec. 20 from 7 p.m. to 12 a.m.

This separately ticketed event is sure to put you in the Christmas spirit!

2024 Party nights include:
🎁 November: 8, 11, 12, 14, 15, 17, 19, 21, 22, 24, 26, 27, 29
🎁 December: 1, 3, 5, 6, 8, 10, 12, 13, 15, 17, 19, 20

And as your travel agent, I can purchase these tickets for you if you want to attend!

My family of 4 went during the holidays last year and even had breakfast with the Grinch! It was the most fun and they still talk about the time we had almost everyday! 💚❤️

Cruise 🚢 Day ⚓️ 1

It’s embarkation day! We took a 5 minute ride to the port where we boarded the ship. Disney Cruise Line staff whisked away our bags and we would see our bags again at 1:30pm waiting at our rooms. (You can choose to keep whatever luggage you’d like with you or not.) Everyone is grouped into “call times” where you’re asked to report at a certain time to port.

Once our time was called, we boarded the ship! We were introduced as “The Second Story Family” as we got onto the ship and greeted by Minnie Mouse in her cruise attire.🥹 from there we were free to roam and explore as we wanted to! Since it was my first time aboard the ship, I soaked everything in and genuinely just in awe of the size, details and magnitude of the vessel! The ship left port around 3:45pm.

Our reserved dinner time was 8:15pm at Lumineres, which meant 6pm we were headed to the theatre to watch the welcome show Disney performance 🎭 ! We even found time in between to meet Mickey in his cruise attire!🥰

Pre ⚓️ Cruise 🚢 Day

Always, always, ALWAYS fly in the day before you sail! This is a huge stress reliever - no worries about flight cancellations or delays (they won’t wait for you!) ‼️

If you’re sailing out of Port Everglades, the Hilton Fort Lauderdale Marina is a great option! It’s a short 5-minute drive to the port and is set on the water so you have gorgeous views like these. 🤩

Bonus: the life size Chess ♟️ is really fun for families and the workout room checks all the boxes 🚲
