Decided to grab a cool one at timberline lodge the other day. I really like the architecturally forged ironwork, snap a few pics, look for inspirational artistry in the ironwork. The ascetic impression, the feel and complexity of construction and art are a few things I look for. Didn't get enough inspiration this time will go again soon, I highly recommend the amber ale and the pork mole' and rice. Spectacular view on a clear day.

The old toe bender, made this when I was an apprentice. Expertly bird-sh*t welded with acetylene. You use what you have.

I prefer GFP in 3° & 4° as they are a really close formula to the good old Curtis Hamilton pads.

Thought my genetics were strong german influence, found out a few years back my genetic influence is mainly French, Charlemagne solid like 30% of the French population. So, instead of reacting with disdain, I've decided to embrace it, thus the "fluer de lis" on the mantle braces, 1" ribbon twist and iron ring.
