Our Story

Providing elite concierge services to vacationing guests throughout Cape Coral. Customer satisfaction and the care of the home is our number one goal.

Cape Coral Property Services is owned and operated by Sandy and Les Gorsuch. We coordinate and schedule lawn service, pool service, cleaning services and guest services. Guest services includes providing incidentals for the guests initial arrival and check in and check out of the vacationing guests. We also provide repairs and maintenance for the home.

Sandy and Les Gorsuch have lived in Cape Coral for 15 years, and were owner builder on their own home. Sandy and Les also just recently completed building their own in-ground pool. They have first hand knowledge and know what it takes to maintain and keep up a home, and have extensive experience working with the City of Cape Coral, and the city's Code Enforcement.
